I am using a Home Depot brace that attaches to wall. Like a book shelf with a SUP board sitting on it. The frame holding the braces are screwed into the outside wall of our back patio. I have 4 boards sitting on it. One is a SUP; the others are windsurfers. Works great and not much money

So bummed we didn't get out there with you. Definitely let me know if you get back. While it's no ocean or pristine lake, it definitely does the job. Parking is good and it is a good size. Love the late night paddles.

Had a nice paddle on TTL, I was surprised there weren't others SUPing. The lake is a perfect size for workout paddling, has good parking, and a nice beach for launching. I'd guess SUP will become much more popular in Tempe. Respectfully, Garrett

With regard to back or lower back pain, you definitely are using your core and lower back so I've found that regular stretching is crucial to ensure those areas stay loose. I'm planning on posting the routine of stretching that I do morning & night that keeps me loose and pain free.
